Writing, Editing, Proofreading: Collaborated with Information Systems SMEs to create user guides, quick guides, resource guides, and tip sheets for the rolling transition of 1,300+ nationwide employees from an on-prem server to SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Project requirements completed on time along with two additional sets of documentation for UKG Workforce Central and J.P. Morgan SmartData.
Knowledge Management: Reviewed, edited, and standardized over 300+ documentation files contained in the Information System Department’s internal and external knowledge base.
Page Layout and Design: Improved and established a set of standards for formatting and tone for Information System’s department documentation. Created Microsoft Word template and trained department to use it.
Project Management: Established a project management system that streamlined and improved communication using Microsoft Lists and Loop.
